Program overview
Program name: OnDial Transactional SMS
Purpose: Notify clinic contacts when their receptionist draft is ready, provide activation reminders, confirm test calls/forwarding, and share critical account or security updates. No promotional or third-party marketing content is sent.
Consent & opt-out
Enrollment occurs when a clinic explicitly requests SMS updates during the website analysis or activation flow.
Message frequency varies based on account activity. Typical usage is 1–2 messages per analysis request plus optional activation reminders.

Response window: under 1 business day for SMS-related support and opt-out confirmations.

Additional terms
OnDial provides the SMS service on an “as-is” basis and may suspend messaging if abuse or compliance risks are detected.
By opting in, you confirm you are the owner or authorized user of the phone number provided and that you have authority to consent on behalf of your organization.
OnDial may modify or terminate the SMS program with notice (email or SMS) when required by law.
